This beautiful house has been constructed recently following the mallorquin style on the outside and using high quality materials on the inside. The house is distributed in two floors. In the main floor there is a wide entrance area whith beautiful stairs leading to the first floor, a light and open dining-livingroom area with views to the pool area, a modern kitchen with direct access to a summer kitchen, a double bedroom with a bathroom en-suite and direct access to an outdoor space and a guest toilet.
