To date, the following have been completed: excavation, foundation and floor insulation, custom-made steel structure in place, second floor laminated wooden beams, insulated finished roof with terracotta tiles, stone retaining walls, project design.

The finca project has been designed with iroko wood slats harmoniously complementing the white plaster façade. Iroko wood is also seen in the doors, windows and shutters.

A hand-crafted model of the project, including guest house and pool, has been created in order to visualise and convey an impression of the look and proportions of the whole project.

Architect, engineer, builders and all estimates are available to complete the full project.
