This plot is located on the seafront on the east coast of Mallorca. The south borders the property to the coves Creek Varques, Cala Romantica and Cala Falco and provides approx. one kilometer beautiful coastline with cliffs.

The plot of 700,000 m² is an almost flat plot. On the property there are several caves such as Cueva el Pirata, Cova des Moro, Cova d'es Pont, Cova de Na Dent. The surrounding land is a greenbelt without any building license.

The plot is divided into five sub- plots. Number five has a building license for a villa with a swimming- pool.
